中國(guó)世界貿(mào)易組織研究會(huì)是中華人民共和國(guó)商務(wù)部直屬管理的從事世貿(mào)組織（WTO）及相關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)和貿(mào)易問(wèn)題研究的全國(guó)性社團(tuán)組織。由全國(guó)長(zhǎng)期致力于世貿(mào)組織相關(guān)事務(wù)的政府官員、權(quán)威專家學(xué)者和機(jī)構(gòu)自愿組成，是國(guó)內(nèi)進(jìn)行世貿(mào)組織有關(guān)事務(wù)研究、咨詢、培訓(xùn)、編輯、出版、國(guó)際交流與合作的權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)之一。

宗旨

服務(wù)國(guó)家，面向企業(yè)，依托智庫(kù)院校，開展國(guó)際合作。

主要職能

• 研究世界貿(mào)易組織相關(guān)理論和實(shí)際問(wèn)題；
• 組織國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)成果、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和信息交流；
• 向我國(guó)政府部門、企業(yè)提供培訓(xùn)、咨詢和法律服務(wù)；
• 國(guó)內(nèi)外信息采編，編輯出版書籍、報(bào)刊、音像資料，宣傳普及世界貿(mào)易組織知識(shí)；
• 促進(jìn)我國(guó)與包括廣大發(fā)展中國(guó)家在內(nèi)的所有世貿(mào)組織成員的自由、公平貿(mào)易和經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)合作；
• 推動(dòng)我國(guó)企業(yè)參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)；
• 促進(jìn)和推動(dòng)我國(guó)與其他國(guó)家和地區(qū)包括自貿(mào)區(qū)在內(nèi)的區(qū)域性經(jīng)濟(jì)合作；

• 協(xié)助我國(guó)政府部門在完善多邊貿(mào)易體制進(jìn)程中發(fā)揮積極和建設(shè)性作用。

     China Society for World Trade Organization Studies (CWTO) is the sole nation-wide

 non-govemmental organization of studying WTO and relevant economic and trade 

issues based in Beijing, China. Formed voluntarily by government officials, experts, 

scholars, and institutions all over the country engaged in WTO-related affairs, CWTO 

is one of the authoritative institutions in the country carrying out research, consulting, 

training, compilation, publication, and international exchange and cooperation activities 

in connection with WTO.

Our mission

     To serve the country, support enterprises, rely on think tanks and universities, 

and international cooperation.

Main functions:

• 1.Study on WTO-related theories and practical issues;

• 2.Organize domestic and international exchanges of academic research, work 

     experiences and information;

• 3.Provide relevant training, consultancy and legal services to China’s government 

     agencies, industries, and enterprises;

• 4.Collect information, edit and publish books, newspapers, audio and video materials,

     and periodicals to popularize WTO knowledge;

• 5.Promote free-and-fair trade, and economic and technological cooperation between 

     China and other WTO members, including  developing countries;

• 6.Encourage Chinese enterprises to participate in global competition;

• 7.Enhance regional economic cooperation between China and other economies including

     FTAs;

• 8.Assist the Chinese government to play an active and constructive role in improving 

     the world trading system.
